I got a scale
Yikes! I finally stepped on the scale and I’m 101 pounds. The only way out is up. I’m considering adding dairy back into my diet, mostly cheeses, because I’m not about to be walking around looking like a stick figure. I want my weight gain to be healthy and steady so I don’t really have a time frame, but I will be tracking my weight weekly to make sure that I’m on the right path. Also I really need to stop snacking. I’ll snack all day and only eat 2 meals. That’s not going to work. I need to at least be eating 3 full meals a day with small snacks in between. I can do this. So long to the vegan lifestyle!
