I’m getting there!

So this week I decided to meal prep some shrimp and vegan chicken Cajun fettuccine, just egg/beyond beef breakfast sandwiches and I also discovered a new snack! Sardines and avocado is so good and nutritious. I’m also 105 now, catch up mustards!!!

Pasta Recipe: Oatmilk, Red Pepper Hummus, Vegan Parmesan and seasonings for the sauce. Add in the Shrimp, Vegan Chicken, Broccoli and Pasta.

Also I seasoned the just egg with some creole seasoning (no salt) and added some sun-dried tomatoes for a little razzle-dazzle. I used English muffins to assemble the sandwiches and put them in the freezer!
