Meal Prepping thoughts
I found a vegan breakfast sandwich recipe and it’s good! Also I made some chickpea salad and I’m really proud of myself. It feels good to take care of my body and to make sure that I’m eating enough everyday, that is one thing I’ve struggled with these past few years. I don’t weigh myself and I don’t have a goal weight in mind, but I want to feel and look better. My weight used to fluctuate between a size 1, 3 or 5 but since I went vegan 5 years ago, I’ve been slim...er. I’m also trying to incorporate more movement into my routine everyday because I really want to tone back up and be more limber. Again, I don’t necessarily have a goal weight in mind but I used to really have to jump to get in my jeans, now it’s just a little hop. tucks hair behind ear and looks downward.
