Where’s gym?
Well…I did not go back to the gym this week. I have some anxiety about using the amenities due to a scary event at my last apartment complex. I’m trying to mind over matter it, but it’s hard to take that first leap. BUT I do have a yoga mat and some resistance bands so home workouts it is! I really want to tone up my legs and have more muscle. I’m slowly gaining weight which I’m happy about. I’m currently about 113 pounds, when I reach 120 it’s a wrap!!! I’ve also been dreading meal prepping but I have to get it out of the way. I can’t wait for the day when I rich enough to afford a chef or quit my 9-5, cooking is time consuming.
