Born to do it!

I have been allowing my goals to be the motivator for my actions recently and it feels rewarding. I use to spend so much energy daydreaming and not enough time doing. I am proud of myself for continuing to challenge my unhealthy behaviors and being committed to change. It feels good to hold myself to a higher standard. The next thing that I want to improve on is how I sped my time before I clock in to work. If I'm mindful of my time before and after work, my nights won't be as long and I can have more time to decompress. One day at a time, slow motion is better than no motion. Also I've been listening to a lot of Craig David recently and I can't wait to get my hands on a vinyl of his.
